A two bedroom house in Offaly sold for more than 50% above estimate after an online budding battle on Thursday.
Located at Kilcolgan, Ferbane on a large 1.26 acre site, the house was listed with a guide price of €65,000.
However after a bidding battle between two determined potential buyers, the property eventually sold for €90,000.
