The story follows the widowed life of Katie Lagan who has spent many years pretending to be “at death's door”, and suffering from a variety of illnesses. But it seems that he man reason for pretending to be sick is to keep her only daughter, Mary from leaving home.
Written by the incredible award winning playwright Michael J. Ginnelly, who very sadly passed away on March 24, just days after the show's final night.
Rahan drama group took to social media in the days after his death to express their heartfelt condolences but also to thank everyone that had came, supported, and laughed with them during their run.
