According to the listing, the lands are in a single continuous block with vehicular access, from the L2005 and from the L2006.
Within the holding there are four main land types. Approximately 34.8 ha (86 acres) of excellent tillage land, approximately 21.9 ha (54 acres) of permanent pasture/parkland, 8 ha (20 acres) of rough grazing and 22.7 ha (56 acres) of mature woodland, mostly round the northern and eastern perimeter of the property.
