Leading Offaly company unveils expansion plans as planning application set to be lodged

A leading Offaly company has unveiled expansion plans with a planning application set to be lodged shortly with Offaly County Council.

Grant Engineering intend to apply for permission for development at its premises at Crinkill, Birr.

The development will consist of the construction of a proposed single storey extension incorporating stores, products assembly, dispatch and loading bay canopy to the south of the existing factory incorporating offices, canteen and toilets block within.

The plans also include 20 additional parking spaces and all associated site works.
