Lit Sacred Flame being brought from historic Hill of Uisneach through Offaly to Clare

"An rud is annamh is iontach - What is rare is wonderful!"

Sean Kilkenny who is on an epic four day journey to bring a lit Sacred Flame symbolising hope and peace all the way from The Hill of Uisneach Co. Westmeath regarded as the "Sacred Centre of Ireland" to his homeland of Co. Clare.

The impressive carriage is being drawn by his two beautiful matching white Irish draught horses named "Limerick" and "Clare" as it passed through the townland of Clononymore Shannon Harbour enroute to Co. Clare.
