New gym planned at retail unit in Offaly shopping centre
The former retail unit at Tullamore Retail Park in Cloncollig will change to a gym, if planning permission is granted by Offaly Co Council
Planning permission is being sought for a change of use from a retail unit to a gym at Tullamore Retail Park, Cloncollig in Tullamore.
A planning site notice detailing the intention to seek planning permission from Offaly Co Council for the change of use has been published by Corum Origin.
It will involve the change of use of unit F1 from retail use to gym use.
Internal alterations will be required to the layout to accommodate the proposed change of use.
The proposed works will also involve the provision of a mezzanine level.
External alterations will include the provision of a new front door.
