Plans approved for houses on land adjacent to pub in Offaly

Plans for a number of houses on land adjacent to a pub in Offaly have been approved.

Offaly County Council have granted permission for the development at Richie's Bar in Clonbullogue. 

Permission was sought for a residential development consisting of six units. They will each be three-bedroom, two-storey terraced houses in a single streetscape block.

The plans also sought connection to mains sewer, landscaping, car parking and all associated site development works.

Offaly County Council has granted permission with a total of 23 conditions attached. Details of the conditions were not available at the time of writing.
