Plans for dedicated short term tourist accommodation in Tullamore put on hold
Plans for dedicated tourist accommodation in Tullamore have been put on hold.
Permission had been sought from Offaly County Council Aidan Shortall for alterations and additions to ‘The Old Coach House’ at 9 Church Street, Tullamore
The plans for the proposed development including eight contemporary short term tourist accommodation units to the rear of existing house with bike store and communal kitchen facilities.
According to the planning application, the building is a protected structure listed on NIAH Reg. no. 14807073 and RPS 23-269 of the Offaly County development plan 2021-2027
However the plans have been put on hold as Offaly County Council has sought further information before making a decision on the plans.
