Killian Sampson - Killian Sampson had one of his best games of the year. He scored 1-3 and was on his game almost the whole way through. His injury time goal was breathtaking and he oozed quality. Rating – 9

10.
Dan Bourke - It has been a sensational year for Dan Bourke. He was captain and one of the star men for the U-20s and he continued that red hot form for the seniors. He wound the year down on a high. Bourke was quickly moved out to shore up an under pressure midfield and he excelled here. He scored two points, his work rate was at its usual high level and his pace had Cork players frequently chasing his shadow. Rating – 9

11.
Oisin Kelly - Oisin Kelly's return from two cruciate injuries has been one of the great stories of Offaly GAA over the last two years. They could have broken a player but he has shown fantastic desire and he showed here what he has to offer. He worked very hard, broke tackles and went for goal every time. He oozed danger and his 41st minute goal brought Offaly back into it. He had other goal chances in each half, drawing great saves from Patrick Collins but it was great to see him heading in the direction of his best. Once his stays injury free, his influence to the emerging younger players will be crucial. Rating – 7

12.
Eoghan Cahill - Eoghan Cahill took his frees well and got an opportunist point from play before being replaced at half time – he has had injuries this year. Rating – 6
