1.
Ruairi Kelly - Ruari Kelly scarcely put a foot wrong all evening. The Lusmagh man has been in great form this year and had another very good game. He fouled for the penalty but that was the only black mark against him – and in fairness to him, Kelly was trying his best to shepherd David Purcell away from goal, without fouling, though he did tug on his jersey. Rating – 8 PICTURES - SPORTSFILE
2.
Ben Miller - Ben Miller had a titanic tussle with Dublin full forward Neil Hogan. Hogan caused some problems and scored three points but Miller stuck to his task, won some great ball and the Dublin full forward was replaced midway through the second half. Rating – 7
3.
James Mahon - James Mahon is another man who is defending with great tenacity at the moment. He did his primary defensive duty very well and his composure on the ball, the way he delivered pinpoint passes was a feature of his game. Rating - 8
4.
Donal Shirley - Donal Shirley had an excellent game. He sped up the wing when he could, scored an inspirational late point, and defended well. Rating – 8
