Popular pub in Tullamore unveils plans for major expansion

A popular pub in Tullamore has unveiled plans for a major expansion.

According to a planning notice, Dale Point Ltd intend to apply for permission for the development at Digan’s Pub on William

Street.

According to the planning notice, the development will consist of the extension to public house which will comprise a change of use of the ground floor of adjoining retail unit to public house.

The plans also include an extension to the pub at the rear, on the ground floor and the provision of an apartment unit at first floor level.

A planning application is set to be lodged with Offaly County Council.
