Poster teases 'exclusive development of luxury homes' being built in Offaly village
The development has been in the pipeline for a long time in Clonbullogue
A sign has been erected at a site in Offaly teasing five new 'luxury' houses to be built there in the coming months.
Kelly Hudson Auctioneers have placed the sign on the site of an old petrol station in Clonbullogue, a former Tidy Towns winning village, in Offaly.
The sign announces that an "exclusive development of five luxury houses" will be built on the site.
Planning was previously granted on the site back in 2019 for five dormer-style houses, four semi-detached and one detached.
