Roscrea's monk Dimma created the beautiful Book of Dimma

During April to honour St Cronan (28th April is his feastday) Dimma's Books in Roscrea will be offering a three for two deal - take three books and get the cheapest one free.

The beautifully stocked boutique bookstore operated by famed Roscrea historian, author and bibliophile, George Cunningham, is located in the Vincent's SVP shop on Church Street and named after Dimma, the famous Roscrea monk and creator of the cherished Book of Dimma which resides in Trinity College Dublin.

Much new stock is also just in at Roscrea's boutique bookstore at knockdown prices with a large selection of new political and literary volumes acquired from the library of the late Bruce Arnold.

"Why not come in and browse the shop located inside the SVP Vincent's Shop on Church Street ... Cronan would be pleased", George Cunningham said.
