Suspended sentence for Offaly man who threw flower pot at window

A MAN who threw a flower pot at the front window of a premises causing damage to the window at Ballincur, Kinnitty, made a full admission to the offence.

Martin Killian,(33) Aaron House, Kinnitty, Birr, was identified on March 12, 2023, and arrested.

He admitted that he had thrown the flower pot. It was in a fit of temper when he didn't get paid, the court heard.

Judge Andrew Cody imposed a one month sentence which he suspended for one year.
