Gardai found him acting suspiciously

A man was fined at the district court for being in possession of drugs when he appeared at last Wednesday's sitting.

Alan O'Brien 13, Kilbrook, Tullamore, was stopped at Park Avenue, Tullamore, when he was seen acting suspiciously by Garda Mark McCallon on December 19, 2024. He was found to have €80 worth of drugs on him. He admitted the drugs were for his own use.

He had three previous convictions for possession of knives in 2013 and abusive and threatening behaviour.
