WATCH: Offaly pub's brilliant 'The Christmas Lock In' ad shows the true meaning of Christmas
An Offaly pub's brilliant 'The Christmas Lock In' ad shows the true meaning of Christmas - piss ups and presents.
The 10th annual J.J Houghs Christmas Ad is shot in the pub, on the street in Banagher and on the roof... yes on the roof of the pub.
Santa and the elves land in the pub on Christmas Eve and lose the run of themselves leaving it up to Ger to save Christmas.
It's absolutely top class as always and you can watch it by pressing play above.
JJ Hough's extended thanks to Harry Prendergast for the story and songs, Ultan Conlon and David Curtis for their song, to Stephanie Hough for helping film, Michael Hough for acting and filming; Lorcan Troy and Mike Delany (the Garda) for being elves and Charlie Mahon and Kate Flynn for being elves; Eva Moylan and Faye Hogan and all the other kids and parents that came out to catch presents; Pat Hayes for being the last customer on Christmas Eve. Jared Madden for drone footage; Morgan Smith and Paul Looby for getting the sleigh up on the roof and Alan Rogers for adding some magic at the end.
