Well located former pub in Offaly is now on the market for attractive price

A well located former pub in Offaly is now on the market for what looks like an attractive price.

Located at The Square in Clara, the former pub also comes with a separate apartment downstairs and two apartments upstairs.

It is described as offering 'many opportunities to the new owners' and being 'fabulously located in the centre of Clara's commercial hub'.

It is on the market with an asking price of €150,000.
