'When you're out, you're out' - Offaly man's dickie bow steals show at Galway Races

Ladies Day at the Galway Races featured the height of fashion and style but an Offaly man's dickie bow threatened to steal the show. 

Ray Larkin from Rahan wore a very fetching tri-colour dickie bow to set off his outfit. 

In a clip shared by Galway Races on TikTok Ray said he went all out because, "when you're out, you're out!"
