Crews leave nature reserve after putting out fire

Fire crews have put out a blaze at a nature reserve near Aberdeen.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) had sent two appliances to the reserve at 7.34pm on Wednesday, but says firefighters left the scene after successfully putting out the fire at 8.42pm.

An SFRS spokesperson said: “Both appliances have now left the area.”
