Sir David Beckham and Kylie Minogue among stars celebrating US Mother’s Day

Sir David Beckham and Kylie Minogue are among the celebrities who have taken to Instagram to celebrate US Mother’s Day.
The former footballer, 51, marked the occasion – which is celebrated in March in the UK – by sharing a black and white picture of his wife Victoria Beckham while she was pregnant.
The couple have four children together – Romeo, Cruz and Harper and their eldest son Brooklyn, with whom they have an ongoing family feud.
Sir David shared the photo of the Spice Girl to his 86.6 million followers on Sunday and described her as “the best mommy”, which she reposted on her own page and wrote: “I love you.”
The singer, nicknamed Posh Spice, also shared a snap of a lavish bouquet of white roses to her Instagram story with an emoji of an American flag added to the photo referencing the annual US holiday.
Lady Beckham tagged her husband in the post and wrote: “I love you so much.”
Australian pop star Minogue shared a throwback image of herself and her mother with her 3.3 million followers, which saw the pair pictured smiling with an arm around each other, with matching curly blonde hairdos.
The chart-topping singer wrote “happy Mother’s Day to the BEST” and followed the message with many emojis.
Other stars taking part in the celebrations include German-American model Heidi Klum, who shared a snap with her mother accompanied by a caption written in German saying “Ich liebe Dich Mutti” which translates to “I love you mummy”.
Singer and dancer JoJo Siwa shared a lengthy tribute to her mother Jessalynn to Instagram on Sunday, which featured a carousel of images of the two.
The former Dance Moms star is best known in the UK for appearing on the latest series of ITV’s Celebrity Big Brother – where she met her partner, former Love Island star Chris Hughes.
Siwa wrote that there are “no words” to describe her mother and that she “continues to better me every single day, in every way possible”.
She said: “I have her to thank for everything. She is the strongest and greatest person that I know. I couldn’t imagine a life without her being my mom. I’m lucky that I never have to.
“I love you more that you know, and I think I’m officially probably old enough to start stealing your saying and say it back to you: I love you no matter what.”
