SETU Carlow travel to UL in winner takes all Sigerson Cup clash
SETU Carlow travel to Limerick this evening (Tuesday) to face UL in a do-or-die Sigerson Cup contest.
SETU Carlow overcame MTU Kerry by three points in round two to get them back on track following a first round defeat at the hands of St Mary's University College.
They will need to beat last year's Sigerson Cup finalists in the round three tie to secure a quarter-final spot while the loser of tonight's game will be knocked out of the competition.
Josh Moore (Rathvilly), Conor Doyle (Rathvilly), Colm Hulton (Eire Og), Mark Furey (Eire Og), Aidan Lillis (Leighlinbridge), Paraic Deering (Rathvilly) and Nurlan Kennedy (Palatine) are among the Carlow contingent named in the SETU Carlow squad at the start of the Sigerson Cup season.
