Carlow Camogie have announced their captain and vice-captain for the 2023 season ahead
Myshall's Kate Nolan will captain the Carlow camogs while St Mullins' Caoimhe Coady has been named as vice-captain.
Carlow face Louth in their first game of the VERY Camogie League campaign this weekend.
