Carlow County Fire Service have been crowned Irish National Champions in the Extrication Challenge
Everyone in Carlow knows that local fire service is a top class one, and now it's official.
The Carlow team placed 1st overall after it was fist in the technical category, first in the medical category and 3rd in the trauma pit category.
Commenting on its team's success, Carlow County Fire & Rescue Service said: "A brilliant result and well deserved after a huge effort put in by the team training for todays event".
