The red carpet was rolled out at the Pembroke Hotel to launch the Kilkenny Carlow Samaritans James Bond Gala Event.
A black tie event which promises to bring a touch of Bond for one night only will take place on June 24 to celebrate the work that the Samaritans has done since 1996 in Kilkenny.
Tickets can be purchased from their charity shop on Kieran Street or at the Pembroke Hotel reception.
Samaritans provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week emotional support service for anyone going through a difficult time.
