Permission for the construction of almost two dozen homes in Carlow has been granted by the County Council.
JC Brenco Development Ltd submitted the application for the development at Friars Green, Tullow Road in July 2022, with further information sought that September.
Permission was granted by Carlow County Council this month (June 6, 2023).
The development will comprise 18 two-storey three-bedroom dwellings, including six semi-detached dwellings, three terrace blocks comprising two mid-terrace dwellings and two end-terrace dwellings, all associated site works, and a new entrance.
It also includes 39 onsite street/off street parking spaces, footpaths, lighting, landscaping, and all ancillary works.
Permission comes with a list of 32 conditions.
