Join well-known footballer as he hosts talk in Carlow on addiction and mental illness

Conor Harris is a twenty-three year old footballer from Kildare who was a popular participant in RTE’s Davy’s Toughest Team.

As part of Carlow Mental Health Association's Mensana Festival 2023, Conor will speak about his personal battle with mental health and addiction. He will discuss how he conquered his addiction and how he now lives a life of recovery. Conor will also share the tools he uses in his daily life to stay well and free from the use of drink and drugs.

The event will take place on Saturday 7th October at 1pm in a pop-up store located beside the entrance to the Barracks at the Potato Market in Carlow Town.

Carlow Mental Health Association's Mensana Programme runs from Thursday 5th October until Tuesday 10th October.
