Monday morning and early afternoon will be mostly cloudy with patchy light rain, drizzle and mist, according to Met Éireann.

It will become drier and brighter through the afternoon, with just isolated showers.

Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in a light to moderate north to northwest wind.

Monday night will be mostly dry with clear spells, although isolated showers are possible near the east coast.

It will be cold and frosty, with icy patches possible, as temperatures fall to between -2 and +2 degrees.

Patches of mist and fog will form in light northerly or variable winds.

Solar UV Index: Low

On Tuesday 28th November, some showers are possible in the morning but otherwise it will be dry with sunny spells.

Chilly with highest afternoon temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees, in a light and variable wind.

National Outlook: Turning gradually colder with frost and ice and potentially some wintry precipitation.
