Plans lodged to construct new house on Barrack Street in Carlow Town Centre
Plans have been lodged with Carlow County Council to construct a two-storey dwelling house on infill vacant site at Barrack Street, Carlow Town.
The development will include connection to public services, all ancillary site works and services.
The planning application was submitted by Gwynne Thomas on 19th December 2023.
