Ardattin National School
Local Fianna Fáil TD Jennifer Murnane O'Connor, has welcomed confirmation from her party colleague and Minister for Education Norma Foley that Ardattin National School has been approved for extension works under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme.
Deputy Murnane O'Connor said, "Having engaged with the Minister on this much needed extension, I was delighted to be notified by Minister Foley that Ardattin National School has been approved for an extension for one mainstream classroom and one special education teaching room for one to one teaching or group work.
"These additional classrooms will be a welcome addition for the school. I want to congratulation Principal Laura Vance, her staff and Board of Management on this news.''
