Highest temperatures 14 to 18 degrees today
Following an absolutely glorious couple of days here in Carlow, Met Éireann and Carlow Weather have provided their weather forecasts for the week for County Carlow and surrounding areas.
Firstly looking to Carlow Weather on X: "Along with the rain tomorrow Friday it will be very breezy and cooler, back to the bigger jumper for a day before it warms back up for the weekend."
"A cloudy start for all and the rain has already arrived in the West. It will move East across the country with some heavy falls locally before clearing to bright spells."
Then looking to Met Éireann: "After a mainly dry start rain will develop by afternoon, clearing to sunshine and showers by evening. Highest temperatures 16 to 19 degrees with moderate to fresh southerly winds veering westerly and moderating as the rain clears.."
This evening: "Mainly dry tonight with clear spells and isolated showers. Lowest temperatures 7 to 9 degrees in light southwesterly breezes."
Tomorrow: "Sunny spells at first tomorrow, Saturday, turning cloudier through the morning with some patchy light rain or drizzle developing. Highest temperatures 17 to 19 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly winds."
Sunday: "
Sunny spells on Sunday and staying mainly dry. Highest temperatures 18 to 23 degrees in mostly light southwesterly or variable breezes.
Sunday night highest temperatures aren't expected to fall below 12 to 14 degrees and it will stay mainly dry."
