A number of Carlow Pubs named in the Bar of the Year Awards 2024

The National Finalists for the 2024 Bar of the Year Awards have been announced and there are a number of Carlow pubs in contention.

Firstly, the first category that a Carlow bar is listed in is the 'Late Bar/Nightclub of the Year', and the nominee from Carlow is The Barracks, located on Tullow Street, County Carlow.

The next bar on the list is in 'The Best Designed Bar/Best Inside Place', 'Best Newcomer', and 'Outside Space of the Year' and Harry Burkes, on Dublin Street is nominated in these three categories.
