Tributes paid to Carlow man who was 'always with a smile and a hello' following his passing

Anthony (Tony) Doyle - Wednesday 14th August 2024

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Anthony (Tony) Doyle of Upper Main Street, Graiguenamanagh, County Kilkenny and formerly of Killeshin Road, Carlow.

Anthony passed away peacefully on the 14th of August 2024 at St Jame's Hospital Dublin.

Beloved husband of Treasa.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, brothers Fergus and Flannan, extended family, relatives and friends.

Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Sincere sympathy to Treasa and the extended Doyle family on the sad passing of Tony. He was a lovely man and great company to be with.
I bparthas b'fhèidir go mbuailfimid le chèile arìs."

Another reads:

"Deepest sympathy to Treasa, Tony's brothers, the family and friends on the sad passing of Tony - a gentleman whom I often met walking down along the river in Graiguenamanagh, and who always with a smile and a friendly hello.

Rest in Peace Tony, and may our thoughts and prayers bring comfort to those suffering your loss."

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, August 17th , at 11.30am in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin.
