Carlow County Councillor Andrea Dalton has announced on behalf of Carlow Municipal District that Plazamont Ltd will be carrying out road resurfacing works in Palatine Village for 3 days coming up.
The information comes from Cllr Dalton's Facebook page:
"Plazamont Ltd. on behalf of Carlow Municipal District will be carrying out road resurfacing in Palatine Village.
Commencing: Tomorrow, Wednesday 4th from 8am – 6pm approximately.
Duration : 3 days assumed (subject to weather conditions)
Reason: Road surface removal and replacement.
Local access for those residing within the works area and Meadowbank will be accommodated.
Works area is highlighted in red on the attached map.
Traffic Management will be in place. Motorists who intend to use the aforementioned road are advised to plan their journey accordingly taking into account possible delays and if feasible, avoid the area in question.
Carlow Municipal District wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to members of the public who reside at or normally use the area in question and will endeavour to ensure the minimum disruption to motorists and to have the works completed by the appointed time."
