Tributes paid to Carlow native who was 'always welcoming' following her passing

Tributes have been paid following the passing of BOYLE (née Murray) Mary of Wainsfort Manor Crescent, Terenure, Dublin and late of Oak Park, Carlow and Portumna, County Galway.

Mary passed peacefully at Beaumont Hospital (previously in the care of the staff in Nazareth House Nursing on October 1st 2024.

Mary will be very sadly missed by her loving children Caitriona, Conor, Emer, Gary, Thérèse and Patrick; grandchildren Cian, Ronan, Lisa, John, Rachel, Sara, Daire, Bronwyn, Patrick, Rory and Mike; great grandchildren Conor, Jack, Kate Mary, Grace and John; brother Tony, sister Nuala, daughters-in-law Tricia, Joan and Ali, sons-in-law Seoirse, John and Turlough, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Emer + All the Boyle Family , my sincere condolences on the death of Mary. She leaves you all with a wealth of memories. Mary was always welcoming + a great hostess. May the light of heaven shine on her + may she rest gently surrounded by her loved ones. RIP "

Another reads: "Sincere sympathy to the Boyle family on the passing of your dear mother Mary. I have great memories of Mary as a neighbour, teaching colleague and Bridge player in Carlow. Ar dheis Dé go rabh a hanam dílis."

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing at Nazareth House Nursing Home, Malahide Road on Friday 4th October, from 4 p.m – 7 p.m. Removal on Saturday morning (5th October, 2024) to the Church of St. Pius X, Templeogue, arriving for 10 a.m. Funeral Mass, to Bohernabreena Cemetery.
