From the Visual Carlow:

Landless, featuring Lily Power, Méabh Meir, Ruth Clinton, and Sinéad Lynch, will transport you with their spellbinding, vocally rich music. Singing centuries-old ballads and more contemporary folk songs, their harmonies are both dark and beautiful, at times unaccompanied and at other times lightly enhanced with subtle instrumentation. Expect an evening of gorgeous sound that weaves the ancient with the modern.

Supported by Sound, a local group of musicians bringing the soul of Irish Traditional Music to life. Their lively, heart-stirring performances will add a festive energy to the evening, perfectly complementing the haunting tones of Landless.
