Askea Child Care Centre are seeking planning permission from the Carlow County Council to extend their premises into the existing Askea Day Care Centre.

The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 31st of October 2024.

The day care centre is located on the Browneshill Road Lower, Carlow, R93 HK53.

The planning application contains:

Change of use of the existing Askea Day Centre building into a child care facility for the adjacent Askea Child Care Centre. The proposal includes minor elevational modifications, new lightweight roof structure over the outdoor play area to the west of the building and all associated site development and ancillary works.

The decision is set to be made by the Carlow County Council on the 3rd of January 2025.
