Tributes paid to Carlow woman who was 'always smiling' following her passing

Kitty Proctor (née Hannan) - Clonmore, Hacketstown, Carlow

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Kitty Proctor (née Hannan) of Clonmore, Hacketstown, Carlow

Kitty passed away at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny in her 94th year on the 30th of October 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Johnny, and treasured mother of Billy and Susan. Kitty will be forever missed by her loving family and wonderful neighbours.

Tributes have been paid on the condolences section of Rip.ie and read as follows: 

"Our deepest sympathy to you Susan and Billy the Proctor and Hannan families on the loss of your lovely mam She was a really lovely lady always smiling and will be so sadly missed by all who knew and loved her God grant her gentle soul eternal rest You are all in our thoughts and prayers"

Another reads:

"Rest in Peace Kitty a wonderful neighbour to all the Candy family when we grew up in Clonmore. Our sincere sympathy to Susan and Billy on the loss of your lovely Mam. From all the Doyle families."

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing at Doyle's Funeral Home, Killaveney, Tinahely (Y14 DA52) on Saturday evening from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to St. John's Church, Clonmore, on Sunday for Funeral Service at 2.30pm, after which she will be laid to rest with Johnny in the adjoining churchyard.
