Carlow Firefighters honored for 20 years service at National Award Ceremony

Three Carlow firefighters have been honored at the National Fire Long Service Awards for achieving 20 years service in the fire services.

Firefighter Anthony Kirwan, Station Officer Brendan Ryder and Senior Assistant Chief Fire Officer Ray Reagan all received the awards at the ceremony this past week.

The Carlow Council Information posted to their Facebook about the honors and wrote:

"Huge congratulations to Firefighter Anthony Kirwan, Station Officer Brendan Ryder and Senior Assistant Chief Fire Officer Ray Reagan pictured with CE of Carlow County Council, Coilín O'Reilly, who were presented with 20 year service awards at the National Fire Long Service Awards."
