From the National Lottery:
"A player also claimed their €25,000 fortunes after winning on a Money Multiplier scratch card purchased from XL Graiguecullen, Chaff Street, Graiguecullen, Co. Carlow. "
This comes as just one of the big from across the country this past week, when a Kerry woman managed to bag €1,000,000 from a Euromillions draw as well.
"It was a weekend like no other for a Kerry woman who discovered her life-changing win of €1,000,000 on the back of Friday, 22nd November, EuroMillions Special Raffle draw. The player bought her winning ticket from Nolan’s Garage Londis, Tralee, Co. Kerry, after hearing the promotion on the radio while getting fuel for her car.
“I usually play the lotto, but I heard the EuroMillions promotion on the radio on my way to get fuel for the car, so I decided to buy a quick pick. Over the weekend, I heard that a Kerry player had won but would never have imagined that it was my ticket. I didn’t even check my ticket until Sunday afternoon, it flashed up on screen that I'd ‘won big’ and to contact the National Lottery. I was in shock, and I think I still am!”, she laughed.
The Kerry woman admitted that she hasn’t been able to rest since discovering her newfound fortunes. While the celebrations were minimal, the player plans on having a memorable Christmas with her family and looks forward to building a new home in the future."
All the best to the Graiguecullen winner!
