Losing a loved one or seeing them going through a difficult time, is never easy.
Carlow Mental Health Association provide signposting and information on where to access support for maintaining & enhancing Mental Health and Emotional Wellness.
We aim to encourage all in our community to:
• Consider mental health in a similar manner as to our physical health and learn how to look after it and that it is okay to look for help when needed.
• Encourage people to have a frank & open discussion about mental & emotional health
• Reduce stigma around discussion of, and seeking help for, mental health challenges
• Increase awareness of supports available to those who are affected by suicide or mental health difficulties
• Advocate on behalf of people with Mental and Emotional needs.
