Met Éireann have provided their weekend weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas.
Mist and fog will slowly clear across the day with small patches of rain and drizzle and some hazy sunny spells.

Then looking at Met Éireann for today:
"Any mist and fog will slowly clear this morning. It will be cloudy at first with patchy light rain and drizzle. The rain will slowly become confined to southeast coasts through the day, with some hazy sunny spells developing. Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in a light variable breeze."
Tonight:
"Dry at first tonight with clear spells. Turning cloudier overnight with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading across the southern half of the province. Mist and fog will develop once again, turning dense in places. Lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees with a touch of frost possible in a light southerly or variable breeze."
Tomorrow:
"Plenty of dry weather overnight with clear spells and scattered showers, most frequent in the west and north. Areas of mist and fog will develop once again, with some dense pockets possible in a light southerly or variable breeze. Some frost patches developing too with lowest temperatures of -1 to +3 degrees."
