Carlow County Council are close to making a decision on the construction of 7 new terraced homes to be built in Hacketstown, County Carlow.
The planning application was received by the Carlow County Council on the 1st of October 2024 and was submitted by Edmondbay Development Ltd.
The location for the proposed site is set at Mainstreet Hacketstown, County Carlow.

The proposed planning works are as follows:
Two number blocks of two storey terraced houses consisting of 7 houses in total.
'Block A' will consist of 3x 3 bed houses and 1x 2 bed house.
'Block B' will consist of 3x 3 bed houses.
Upgrade the existing entrance and roadway located to the side of "The Friary"" restaurant as a means of accessing the development.
Demolition of existing stone shed.
All associated site works including but not limited to the provision of communal and private open spaces, site landscaping, boundary treatment and connections to the mains supply, stormwater drainage and public sewage system.
