Carlow County Council have received a planning application for the construction of 8 new homes to be built in County Carlow.

The location of the proposed new homes is set at Tullow Road, County Carlow.

The planning permission was applied for by Firtree Developments Ltd and the application was submitted on the 4th of June 2025.

The details of the planning permission are as follows:

The construction of 8 no. two-bed two-storey dwelling houses in two terraced blocks of four, connections to existing public water, storm water and foul lines, landscaping and all associated works to facilitate the development.

The site is a serviced undeveloped site previously granted Permission for dwelling houses under Planning Ref. 17/150

A decision is due to be made on the 29th of July 2025.

Updates of the decision made by the Carlow County Council will be posted on Carlow Live when they are made.
