Clonegal Village
Carlow County Council, in partnership with Carlow Tourism, has announced the commencement of the Clonegal Heritage Audio Trail Project. This unique new initiative is aimed at enriching visitors' experiences and celebrating the rich history and stories of the area.
Funded by the Town & Village Renewal Scheme, the project will see the development of an immersive audio trail which will guide visitors through Clonegal's heritage sites, bringing its past to life through engaging narratives and local voices.
The entire project is expected to be completed within the next three months. The Council has said it has engaged with a reputable Irish company known for its expertise in developing such trails to undertake the work.
