The 'Learn to Lead' programme, first launched in 2019, is designed to develop the next generation of female leaders in Ladies Gaelic Football across four key strands: coaching, officiating, administration and PR and media.
Noreen completed the programme under the coaching strand, alongside participants from clubs across all four provinces.
Over four full days and six evening sessions, participants worked with experts in coaching, officiating, administration and PR and media, focusing on leadership skills, confidence-building and practical tools that can be brought back into clubs and counties.
Proceedings on the final day were overseen by LGFA President Trina Murray and National Development Manager Lyn Savage, with keynote addresses from Joan Kehoe, Founder and CEO of Alchelyst, Pedro Angulo of AIB and leadership specialist Niamh McElwain.

Presenting graduates with their commemorative medallions, LGFA President Trina Murray said: "I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to all participants who have successfully graduated from the LGFA's 2025/2026 Learn to Lead Female Leadership programme.
"This initiative continues to play a vital role in empowering women across our Association by equipping them with the confidence, skills, and networks needed to step into leadership roles both on and off the field," she added.
"Leadership is central to the continued growth of Ladies Gaelic Football, and programmes like Learn to Lead ensure that we are building a strong pipeline of capable, motivated leaders who will shape the future of our sport.
"These graduates are not only investing in themselves but also in their clubs, counties, and communities, helping to create inclusive and supportive environments where everyone can thrive."
The LGFA said the programme is aimed at strengthening leadership within clubs and counties nationwide, helping volunteers bring new skills, energy and ideas back into their local communities.
