Everything €25 or under in new store announced for Carlow's Fairgreen Shopping Centre

Everything will be €25 or cheaper in the new store that has been announced for Carlow's Fairgreen Shopping Centre.

Brand Central, which is a "completely new store," will open later this week.

It has one promise, which is that it will sell nothing but bargains.

"No catch. No clearance tricks. Just real prices everyone can afford," Fairgreen Shopping Centre said in a post on Facebook.

The new shop will stock menswear, womenswear, and kidswear.

Earlier this year, the Shopping Centre saw a number of shops close, with the manager telling The Nationalist at the time that it was "a little disappointing."

Camden Square, Tailor of Blue, Dame Ladies Fashion, Vero Moda, New Look, and River Island all closed within a short amount of time.

"It’s just the way retail is now for independent businesses; it's extremely tough," Faigreen Manager, John Brophy, said.

He added that for other closures, it's "UK corporate decisions to wind down Irish businesses."

Some of the vacancies left by the shops mentioned above have already been filled with the likes of Rituals, Golden Discs, and now the newest arrival, Brand Central.

An official opening date for the store has not been announced.
