‘Sounds fabulous!’ - Update issued on plans for historic site in County Carlow

“Great progress” is being made on a new addition to a historic site in County Carlow, a councillor has said.

Fianna Fáil councillor Fintan Phelan took to social media to provide an update on the development of the ‘Tranquility Garden’ at Duckett’s Grove.

In the post, Cllr Phelan stated: “Great progress is being made on the new Tranquility Garden at Duckett’s Grove - a fantastic initiative that will create a peaceful, inclusive space for everyone in the community to enjoy.

“Well done to Barry O’Neill and Carlow County Council. This garden will be a wonderful addition, offering a place for relaxation and reflection.”

He concluded by saying he was looking forward to seeing the space come to life over the coming months.

A number of Carlow residents commented on the post to express their excitement over plans for the location.
