CLARE face Leinster champions Kilkenny in the second of the All-Ireland hurling semi-finals at Croke Park this Sunday afternoon - a repeat of last year's semi-final.

Brian Lohan's men are just 70 minutes away from the final on July 23 and a potential third clash of the season against near neighbours and rivals Limerick.

While Clare beat the Treaty County in the Munster round robin, it was John Kiely's side which emerged victorious in the Munster SHC final.

Below is all you need to know ahead of what is a huge game.

Time and Venue: The game has a 4pm start at Croke Park, Dublin. The will be extra time, if necessary.

Tickets: Plenty of tickets remain on sale via Ticketmaster.  A crowd of around 50,000 is expected to attend the game at GAA HQ.

TV: The game will be broadcast live on The Sunday Game on RTÉ 2/RTÉ Player (from 3.15pm) and on BBC Northern Ireland.

Radio: There will be national radio commentary on RTÉ Radio one with local radio coverage on Clare FM.

Hawkeye: As with the Limerick v Galway semi-final on Saturday, the score-detection will be in operation.

Referee: Colm Lyons (Cork)

Previous meetings: This Sunday will be just the 10th time that Clare and Kilkenny have crossed paths in championship hurling. Clare's 1997 semi-final win over the Cats is the only time they have come out the right side of the fixture.
