AN GARDA Síochána are investigating the theft of a tip jar from a business in a Clare village last week.
Gardaí from Killaloe are investigating a distraction theft that occurred at a business in Broadford on Sunday afternoon.
Two females entered the shop and one distracted the assistant by buying goods while the second stole the tip jar and some cigarettes.
