CLARE County Council has announced it will be hosting a second information evening regarding the application process for those applying for support under the Enhanced Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme.
The information evening, which is targeted at people with limited digital resources and/or capabilities, will take place at the Seán Lemass Library in Shannon (V14 WK50) on Tuesday next, November 28.
The information evening takes place between 6pm and 8pm and those attending are being advised that spaces are limited.

The scheme, which was launched in July, is available to carry out remedial works at dwellings that are damaged due to the use of defective concrete blocks containing excessive amounts of mica or pyrite or such other deleterious materials or combination of deleterious materials as may be prescribed by the Minister.
